A grand jury in Norfolk County Superior Court has indicted Brian Walshe of Cohasset on the following charges:
- Murder: M.G.L. c. 265, Section 1
- Misleading a criminal investigation: M.G.L. c. 268, Section 13B, and
- Unlawfully conveying human remains: M.G.L. c. 272, Section 71.
