Trials are rare. The whole court process–for both criminal and civil matters–is designed to induce compromise and settlement in lieu of trial. Yet many lawyers claim to have a staggering number of trials (200+) under their belt. In this video, I discuss my thoughts on such lawyers and the validity of their trial-experience claims.
