When to Stop Arguing

Many litigants do not know when it’s time to stop talking. When you’ve clearly won your hearing or when the opposing party has offered you a generous settlement offer, it’s often best to keep quiet and wrap things up as quickly as possible. In this video I discuss why many people are unable to this and how it negatively affects their results.
