The Worcester County Probate & Family Court has started a new app that must be used when requesting to view cases. You can download the app using the court’s instructions which are attached below.
Additionally, probate cases between 1882-1947 and divorce cases between 1922-1983 are no longer on file at the courthouse. If you want to view these older cases you must complete the attached form and email it to the given email address.
