Sometimes reality is stranger than fiction. Here’s an example.
Last week two men sharing a scooter nabbed a French bulldog off the streets in Dorchester. The dognapping took place on Wednesday around 4:30 p.m. near the corner of Ceylon Street and Quincy Street.
Shortly after the alleged theft, Boston police posted images of the pooch (named Bodega) and the scooter-riding suspects to X.
Today the police posted an update on X stating “Detectives Assigned To District B-2 Have Located The Dog.” No further information was given regarding the dog’s condition or the status of the suspects.
