On February 14 around 7 p.m., Southborough police stopped Honorio Lisboa, Jr., 42, of Worcester as he drove down Marlboro Road with an allegedly defective headlight.

According to police, Lisboa was accompanied by a female in the front seat and two small children in the back seat.

The officer claims that as he spoke with Lisboa he detected the usual indicia of alcohol: slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and the order of alcohol.

During questioning, Lisboa allegedly gave a false name and social security number to officers.

Ultimately, Lisboa was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol with the added charge of OUI child endangerment.

His vehicle was “inventoried” (i.e., searched) by police prior to being towed.

Police allegedly found empty and full fireball nip bottles as well as three unopened Heinekens.

Lisboa was released on conditions following his arraignment.

His next court date is March 17.
