Josiah Livingston, 22, was arraigned in Springfield District Court this morning following yesterday’s brawl at Sci-Tech High School. Someone fired a gun during the incident, though it’s unclear who discharged the weapon.
Livingston is charged with one count of assault and battery. His bail was set at $25,000 cash. Additionally, his bail was revoked on an earlier case that he has pending in Springfield. (The charges in that case include possession of a stolen motor vehicle and class A and B drug possession.)
