Brandon Awogboro, 29, of Boston–a level 2 sex offender–was allegedly lurking in the ladies’ room at Northeastern University for over an hour on Wednesday.
Police claim that Brandon spied on a female employee while she used the facilities.
According to police, Brandon then triggered a security alarm when he left the building using an emergency exit in the dining area of Stetson East residence hall.
Police encountered him on Huntington Avenue and allegedly needed to wrestle him to the ground.
He was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court-Roxbury. The court set his bail at $500 and revoked his bail on an earlier open case.
He’s currently held at the Suffolk County House of Corrections.
